Pre-registration begins in February and is secured by paying the $125.00 Registration Fee per student [and $100.00 Application Fee per new student] (non-refundable). The twelve-month plan begins in June; the ten month plan begins on August 1st; any families enrolling after the start of the school year will be converted to a nine-month plan.
Book Fees for returning students must be paid by July 14th (otherwise students may not receive their books in time for the start of school) or at the time of enrollment (new students). This fee varies from approximately $185.00 – $550.00, depending on grade level. There are no refunds for any curriculum (no exceptions)! Parents are welcome to the books, unless "grouped" (see handbook for options).
There is a $75.00 testing fee charged in March for the Stanford Achievement Test.
An Extended Day School program will be available – ten (10) or more students must be enrolled – at a cost of $40.00 per week [or $120.00 per month (August prorated)] per student. Students may stay as late as 5:30 PM. You must register separately for this program.
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month, past due on the 10th, the last payment being due on May 1st. Accounts are not billed unless late. A 10% late fee is charged on the unpaid balance if payment is not made by the 9th. On the 15th, students are temporarily suspended from class. Please contact the office if there is a problem! The School Administrator is in charge of all accounts [and will work with parents any way possible]. Please note, book and first month's tuition fees must be paid before students are allowed to start school (no exceptions).
